Produced exclusively from organically grown olives harvested and pressed the same day.

With an intense green color and golden hues, this oil shows great complexity with its intense fruitiness, strong notes of dill, fennel, artichoke, almond and balsamic hints of aromatic herbs typical of the Mediterranean.

On the palate its a perfect combination of bitter and spicy, a typical characteristic given by the very high concentration of polyphenols, excellent antioxidants for the well-being of our body.

Olive Oil made from the Coratina cultivar also boasts the highest rate of oleic acid which counteracts bad cholesterol and brings multiple benefits to our immune system, with a low level of acidity and a high vitamin content.

These characteristics make this oil the ideal ingredient to enhance traditional dishes from Puglia, cooked vegetables, fresh cheeses, white pizzas, bruschettas, legumes and red meats.
